RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE WINDOW

We accept return, refund and exchange requests within 5 days of delivery. Requests raised after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return, refund and exchange items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Items that show signs of use, washing, staining, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return, refund and exchange.

Items not eligible for return, refund and exchange:​

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces

  • Items with missing or removed tags

  • Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery


EXCHANGES

We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Simply mention your exchange preference when raising your request and our team will confirm within 24–48 hours.


DOORSTEP PICKUP

You don't need to visit a courier or ship the package yourself. Once your return, refund and exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup directly from your address.
